Calcination limestone ultra fine grinding machine is made by Clirik in 2013. It's a professionally processing calcination limestone. The granularity of the finished fineness can be adjusted bewteen 325mesh to 3000mesh. They are five types of calcination limestone ultra fine grinding machine: HGM80, HGM90, HGM100, HGM100A, HGM125.

Working Principle of calcination limestone ultra fine grinding machine

1) After crushed by hammer crusher, the large materials become smaller pieces and are sent to the micro powder grinding mill.
2) When the micro powder grinding mill is at work, the granulated materials are crushed and grinded by the rollers into particles below 47micron.
3) The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air within the micro powder grinding mill.
4) Along with the high speed airflow, micronized materials are brought to the classifier.
5) The qualified particles are screened and driven into the cyclone powder collector, finally exit from the discharging valve at the bottom;
6) A small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moving to the dust cleaner. Filtered clean air will be emitted from the air outlet of muffler in the end.

Performance and features of Calcination limestone ultra fine grinding machine:
1. High efficiency
Under the same final size and power, the product capacity of ultrafine mill is twice than jet mill and agitation mill.
2. Longer lifetime of spare parts
The roller and ring are made of special material, which improve the grinding efficiency a lot. For same material and final size, the lifetime of its wearing parts can reach to more than one year, about 2-5 times as long as that of vertical shaft impact crusher and turbo-mill. Especially when handling calcium carbonate and calcite, the lifetime can reach 2-5 years.
3. High safety and reliability:
There are no rolling bearings and bolts in grinding cavity, so problems caused by bolts shedding or wear of bearings and seal components will never happen.
4. High fineness of products
The product fineness can reach D97≤5μm.
5. Environment friendly
The application of pulse dust collector and muffler reduce the pollution and noise of the dust, which has reached national environment protection standard.
